We arrived at the Canyon Overlook trailhead around 5:30 am in order to grace the top before sunrise, and boy oh boy was it worth it. With barely anyone else up there, we found a quiet, secluded spot where we talked about life, became friends, and all our jaws dropped as the sun rose over the park. It was magical seeing the lights of cars make their way through the twist and the turns of the red, paved roads while the moon slowly drifted away, and the sun rose behind us. As the sun came up, Rozilynn + Travis joined hands has they spoke about their love for one another, their gratitude for the past 7 years spent together, and their thankfulness for their beautiful baby girls. I witnessed as these two shared their heart, surrounded by the most breathtaking views, and a gentle breeze hugging us as the sun warmed our backs.
These are moments I live for.
